DAY TREATMENT
Our Day Treatment program at LEAP is tailored to the Classroom 180 model. It is a highly individualized treatment program for adolescence enrolled in K-12 who are facing challenges in a classroom setting due to mental or behavioral health diagnosis. The smaller classroom size, low staff to student ratio, researched curriculum and structured environment helps the child in succeeding.
INTENSIVE IN-HOME
Clinical care can be provided to families in their homes or community setting. This support is for adolescence needing intensive treatment to prevent out of home placement and achieve family stability.
OUTPATIENT THERAPY
We offer counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and groups of any age. LEAP works with people from a variety of backgrounds and needs.
FAMILY SUPPORT & STABILITY
LEAP is aware of the support adolescence need coming from challenging environments. Lack of resources in the home effects adolescents behaviors and emotions, therefore LEAP provides classes for parents on parenting skills, educational programs on their child diagnosis and financial assistance. Building a strong connection between home and school ensures the success of each child.
